I can live with it for now by using Android, but even that suffers dropped connections and stale sessions. Their support has been pretty dismissive of my question about future updates which is disappointing. The Android App has had several upgrades, but the iOS app is now 18 months old and cannot connect to Windows Server OS's one of the main reasons I need remote access when I'm on the road. Works well once you have figured out the interface and address book however, really really disappoint about there lack of support for iOS mobile app. Moved to AnyDesk for around £160 for the same services with custom branding plus additional namespaces. that there is no way could I justify spending that sort of money on a product that frankly was starting to become an embarrassment in the eyes of my customers. They have had so many problems with latency and a complete meltdown on November 8th. Just moved from Teamviewer which was going to cost us £862 to renew this year.
